A juice cleanse involves consuming only fresh fruit and vegetable juices for a set period, typically 1–3 days, to give your digestive system a break and flood your body with nutrients. It's often used to reset eating habits or boost energy levels.
While some cleanses are designed to be juice-only, others may allow light, whole foods. It's essential to follow the specific guidelines provided with your cleanse program. If you're unsure, consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes.
Most juice cleanse programs include 5–6 juices per day. It's recommended to drink one juice every 2–3 hours, but listen to your body and adjust as needed. Also, ensure you're drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
It's advisable to avoid caffeine during a juice cleanse, as it can interfere with the detox process. If you need a boost, consider herbal teas like green tea or yerba mate, which are gentler on the body.
Light activities such as walking, yoga, or gentle stretching are generally acceptable. It's crucial to listen to your body; if you feel fatigued or lightheaded, it's best to rest. Avoid intense workouts during the cleanse period.

Our juices are crafted to be free from common allergens such as dairy, soy, wheat, and gluten. However, if you have specific fruit or vegetable allergies, please review the ingredients carefully or consult with us before consuming.
If you're on prescription medication, it's essential to consult with your doctor before starting a juice cleanse. Some medications may interact with certain ingredients in juices, and professional guidance is crucial.
Before: Gradually eliminate processed foods, caffeine, and alcohol. Increase your water intake and focus on whole, plant-based foods.

Orders Delivery Refunds

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired juices and cleanse package adding them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. Orders placed between Sunday – Friday are delivered the Following Sunday to allowing for sourcing of fresh produce from local farmers.
Yes, we offer local delivery within DFW. Deliveries are made on Sunday between 7am-7pm. A flat delivery fee of $10 applies.
Currently, we do not offer specific time slots for deliveries. Deliveries are made within the specified delivery hours on the Sunday.
If you're not home, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs at your doorstep to keep your juices cold. Alternatively, you can add a cooler bag to your order for added protection.
At this time, we only offer local delivery within DFW. We do not ship nationwide.

Refunds And Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified up to Thursday of the prior scheduled delivery time. Please contact us at contact@journeyjuicebar.com to make changes.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or consumed items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days] for the refund to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at contact@journeyjuicebar.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will address the situation promptly.
While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
